Eddie Martin is president of Coulson Real Estate Group. Eddie has primary responsibility for establishing corporate direction and strategy. Before joining Coulson Oil, Eddie was a partner in the Arkansas law firm of Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates and Woodyard, PLLC, where he specialized in real estate, banking and corporate law. Much of his time at the firm was spent representing petroleum marketers on real estate matters. Eddie holds his law degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Terry White serves as property manager. His duties include managing and maintaining the non-gas and for-sale real estate, as well as locating properties for either acquisition or sale. Terry has been with Coulson Oil since 1986, and has been responsible for brand conversion, facility construction and equipment procurement. He has a degree in construction management and has completed the Arkansas Business and Law exam for construction.

Jim Lynch is manager of new business for Coulson Real Estate Group. Jim is a 22-year veteran of Coulson Oil Company. He is responsible for locating properties for acquisition, as well as cultivating relationships with land owners and jobbers. Jim has more than 25 years experience in the retail industry, and has served as president of the board of education in Benton (AR).

Ilya Gordeev serves as financial manager. Ilya is responsible for the preparation of financial projections in regard to new property acquisitions, and examining existing locations for possible sale. His duties also include lease renewals and management of taxes. Ilya joined Coulson Oil in 1997, working in the accounting department. He is a certified financial manager and certified managerial accountant.

Krin Collins is administrative assistant for Coulson Real Estate Group. She assists in the preparation of contracts, and the organization of tax bills and property renewals. Since joining the company in 2009, Krin has been responsible for dealer contract preparation and support with real estate transactions.
